I got home from rehearsal last night at about 11:05 pm. I was so tired. I had an emotional day, an emotional time at rehearsal, and I was toast. So, this morning, I decided to go into work a little late. I got my son off to school, and then spent some time with my Eoin…

I did the same 65 minute workout from Power Yoga for Happiness 2. I love it so much. I felt really strong and centered when I left for work.

I took a break in the afternoon to go run, and had a REALLY good run. No painful side stitches (not sure what I did differently). I did:

Walk 5 minutes

Run 25 minutes

Walk 5 minutes

It was 3 miles. I feel awesome again.
