10/31/09: No yoga…
… but I did make it to the gym for a short run. I had a little trouble with a side stitch. I don’t get these often, and I’m not sure what caused this particular one. I ran for 11 minutes before having to walk, then ran in 5 minute intervals a little longer. It turned out to be a 2.5 mile run.
Since I’m just doing running and yoga, I’ve decided to simplify my upper body work by just doing some push ups and pulls ups whenever I’m at the gym. So, I did that.
I missed the yoga, but I still did okay…
Any advice on avoiding or killing side stitches would be welcome.
