10/29/09 A little running

Went running again Thursday. It was a little harder. I was very low energy.

Here’s what I did:

Walk 5 minutes

Run 8 minutes

Walk 3 minutes

Run 8 minutes

Walk 3 minutes

Run 5 minutes

Walk 5 minutes

I figured if I took the breaks I would be able to run for a longer distance overall. Of course, the goal is still to run all of that non-stop. One day…

 

Had a late rehearsal Wednesday night, so no yoga in the morning…
