P90X Phase Two: Week 5, Day 3: Hope. I haz it.

I got so wrapped up in the election results last night and today, I forgot to post about my workout yesterday. I managed to do Ab Ripper X (first, as always) and Back and Biceps. I really brought it, and was toast about 3/4 of the way through. I had to lower the weights around halfway through, actually.

I had wanted to run but didn’t make it. I didn’t work out this morning either, and I probably won’t be able to run after work either. Today Yoga is on the schedule, but I feel like I need some cardio, so I might do some kind of cardio when I get home (while watching my son). Tomorrow the goal is Legs and Back/Ab Ripper X and some running. 

Oh and I totally blew the diet yesterday. I was determined. I told my husband to make my enchiladas without cheese. He laughed. I ended up drinking too much wine, eating all the cheesy enchiladas, and then gorging myself on hershey’s kisses.

Today I’m back on track.
