P90X Phase 2: Week 5, Day 2 Plyo-ish

Today was one of those days where I talked myself out of my workout all day long. I hated my job so much today. I wanted to come home and relax. But, I got home- started dinner (quiche) and then did my workout. Instead of Plyo X, I did P90 Masters Plyo Legs. I had been thinking about subbing this for Plyo for a few reasons-

- I felt like I wanted to get a leg workout 2 times a week instead of just the one

- It’s more fun for me. Tony is sillier. Tracy Morrow is in it.

It’s a combination of Plyo and Legs/Back’s Legs moves. I love it.

So, I did that, and discovered (especially during gap jumps) that if I make a funny face and squeal, my son thinks it’s hilarious… therefore allowing me to workout longer. So, that was fun.

I did better on food today too, although I was really hungry.

Tomorrow we’re having people over to watch election results. I still hope to fit in Back and Biceps/Ab Ripper X and 30 minutes of running. We’ll see how I do.
