9/05/08 Day 5/30. I ate bad.
Well, I could have eaten worse. But, let’s go through everything I ate today:
2 servings of Special K Cereal (with milk).
A can of pears (sugar free syrup, of course).
A Salad with Grilled Chicken, which itself was not too bad, but I snagged 2 packets of honey mustard dressing from Chick-fil-a.
Bag of Sun Chips (like 220 calories).
Small Chocolate Frozen yogurt from Freshens.
So, again, it could have been worse, but I’m feeling guilty because if I want to lose the amount of weight I want, I need to be stricter. You know Cathe doesn’t eat like this.
So, I’m motivating myself to go run after work. It’s the least I can do. I’ll probably only burn about 250 calories, but it’s better than not doing it at all.
I am so desperate to go to the grocery store and plan out my food for the week, but I don’t have a chunk of money to do that. I hate not having control. Oh, and I miss wine (especially on Friday night).
Uberlibrarian is feeling lazy and unmotivated. Oh, and a little discouraged. So, enjoy that, and hopefully I’ll update later with a tremendous adrenaline rush from an amazing run.
