6/27/08: Nessun Dorma…

Yeah, I woke up at around 3:15 and actually kind of wanted to get up. I had so much going on in my mind… my son woke up soon after so I had an excuse.

Today’s workout was Firm Total Body Time Crunch. I did it with light weights since I did a weight(ish) workout yesterday. I still hope to run 2 – 2.5 miles this afternoon after work.

This morning I weighed 142! That is 10 pounds since June 1st! I should celebrate, but I’m finding I’m not as happy with my body as I thought I’d be. It’s probably because I need to build more muscle, which weighs more than fat, so I could see myself staying at this weight but maybe losing another size.

I am planning on taking a 30 day picture at the end of the month, and maybe I’ll finally post a before and after.

Hopefully will check in later with a run report…
